1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • A video must be recorded from unpacking the order to a full 360° view of the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Certain one-of-a-kind vintage items (noted on product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

  • Email oldmill02@aol.com with your order number and required video
  • Wait for return approval and instructions
  • Ship the item back using the address provided after approval

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processed after inspection and approval
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48–72 hours if the item arrives damaged or incorrect
  • Send photos of the issue for review
  • We will replace or refund the item promptly

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover return shipping for incorrect or damaged items
